Nether Alderley Parish Council has received the following information from Cheshire East Council

The future of Alderley Park

Proposals for the future development of the Alderley Park site have now been laid out in a consultation document produced by Cheshire East Council: the Alderley Park Development Framework.

A copy of the Alderley Park Development Framework can be read here

Public Consultation

A consultation process begins on Friday 30th January 2015, whereby members of the public can express their views and opinions to Cheshire East Council regarding this document, which details Cheshire East Council’s proposals for the future plans and vision for the Alderley Park site. The consultation seeks public opinion and will feed in to Cheshire East’s final decision to determine whether the Alderley Park Framework document will be formally ‘adopted’ by Cheshire East to be used, in to the future, as planning guidance relevant to potential development on the Alderley Park site.

The ‘Statement of Consultation’ that explains the background to the plans for the future of the site and the process of consultation, can be viewed here
