Possible Distraction In Gawsworth Today

Information received from a resident regarding a male approx 5ft 10 inches, late twenty’s, early thirty’s with slightly tanned skin wear a raincoat & lanyard with just a name on it carrying a small brief case. The resident was asked to sign as a witnesses to the male moving house. We believe this to be possible distraction tactics to gain entry to the property or acquire the residents signature. They turned the male away. If anything similar happens to you then please do not sign and documents nor let anyone into your property please phone us straight away on 101.
