Rural Information (Update)

Livestock attack – A male from Macclesfield has been ordered to pay £600 costs including compensation and 150 hours community work. There was also conditions put in place including his dog is excluded from all farmers fields, to be securely held on a lead, wear a muzzle, be neutered, micro-chipped and be secure when at home and in the garden.

Landrover Defender owners – Nationally we are still seeing Defenders being stolen. Many are workhorses of our farming community and are loved by their owners. We have some ‘POLICE STOP ME’ stickers that can be put in the rear window of your Defender to help reduce the risk of your going. Please get in touch to get hold of one or you can call into Macclesfield police station.
